Creative journaling · Munich + worldwide
Creative journaling for the human between transformations. In person and online — get it, on paper.
What happens in a session
No experience needed, and nothing to prepare. Bring a pen — we’ll bring the prompt, the paper, and the company.
Something you’re sitting with — small or large. You don’t need the words for it yet.
From a simple prompt, you write, sketch, map or doodle — letting the hand say what the mind can’t yet.
You finish with one honest, clearer sense of where you’re headed — and a page to return to.
We suggest you write in your mother tongue. Your journal stays private.

Insight, calm & direction
Just join a workshop, grab a pen, and let's create a more meaningful journey — together.
You’re not broken. You’ve just stopped consulting the most informed witness in your life — yourself.
Not stuck, exactly. Between. The work is quieter than advice: to stop collecting it, and start listening to the one who was there for all of it.

Who holds the space
One of the first things Kai reached for, after learning to walk, was a black ballpoint pen and a spiral-bound notebook. He has kept a journal ever since — through a new school he was dropped into as a teenager, an illness at nineteen, years of building an art career on a kitchen table. Everything else came and went. The notebook stayed.
Infocus grew from one belief he learned the hard way: you already hold the answers — we hold the space, the method, and the company to find them. On paper.
