This means that I have supported hundreds of participants on the journey of realising their creative potential and achieving tangible success. It has lead to an MA in Creative Writing, an advanced MA in Art and Design Research, as well as work with various client organizations.
My own art practice and overcoming personal challenges have given me valuable insights into expression, resilience, and mindfulness. This allows me to help people develop creative and meaningful concepts to address mental health issues and overcome burnout.
Initially, for many years I simply helped artists develop concepts for innovative and meaningful careers - but everyone is an artist and philosopher! That was how the creative journalling groups were born. Eventually, I was training executives in an investment bank in the creative journaling methods I developed. My art career took me on many travels, twists and turns. Managing change and uncertainty was always the biggest challenge I had to overcome.
